Principal, Chief Wealth Officer

Nicholas J. Delgado is a co-founder of Dignitas, LLC. Mr. Delgado is responsible for all aspects of client investment and wealth management programs and services at Dignitas.

A former executive and wealth manager at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, Mr. Delgado is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Certified Financial Planner™ and was named one of the country’s top financial planners for 2007 and 2008 by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

Mr. Delgado has developed an extensive network of resources to help clients navigate major asset sales (i.e., privately held businesses, concentrated equity position, private real estate holdings) and asset transfers (i.e., career transitions, retirement, inheritances, divorce and legal settlements). Mr. Delgado is a regular speaker on topics of capital markets asset allocation strategies, corporate and executive retirement and compensation programs, and succession planning for closely held businesses.

Mr. Delgado is currently the Board Chair of the Community Media Workshop, a board member for Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly and a member of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School’s Leadership Advisory Council. Mr. Delgado is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

 

Haydee Caldero
Principal

Haydee Caldero is a Principal and co-founder of Dignitas, LLC. Ms. Caldero is responsible for designing the firm’s real estate and private asset investment models. She also overseas the firm’s innovative professional service network on behalf of clients.

Ms. Caldero was previously at Eastdil Secured, where she advised high net worth individuals and financial institutions on the disposition and recapitalization of over $5.0 billion in trophy commercial real estate throughout the United States. Ms. Caldero has worked on marquee real estate assets including the Sears Tower, John Hancock, Inland Steel Building and Houston Galleria. Ms Caldero has also held roles at Citigroup Global Markets in New York and at Trammel Crow Company.

Ms. Caldero is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and currently sits on the Finance Committee for the Chicago Young Leaders Group. She is also a member of Cristo Rey Jesuit HIgh School's Leadership Advisory Committee. Ms. Caldero is a native of Chicago and attended Whitney Young Magnet High School; she received a B.A. in Government and Women’s Studies from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
