Dignitas has created a solution for business owners to tackle their toughest questions regarding the value and growth trajectory of their business. Catalyst is a six-week accelerator-style program that provides business owners the opportunity to learn how to best navigate their path to success and enhance the value of their business through two separate programs - capital raise and acquisition.

Following a kick-off, full-day conference with the entire cohort, participants will have one-on-one coaching sessions with top industry experts who help them develop a custom roadmap for their capital raise or acquisition execution.


The acquisition program of Catalyst will provide business owners the personalized, safe space needed to learn how to create the most value for their business through acquisition. Through one-on-one coaching, a team of industry experts will create a business roadmap to execute the acquisition. Following the program, business owners will have the opportunity to work with the team of advisors to execute the acquisition at a discounted rate.

The ideal candidate for the acquisition program is a business owner with $10MM in revenue or $1MM in EBITDA. 


Through the capital raise path of Catalyst, business owners will receive one-on-one coaching from industry experts about what is needed for their business to execute a capital raise.  Following the program, owners will have the opportunity to work with advisors on executing the fundraising at a discounted rate. 

The ideal candidate for the capital raise program is a business owner with $5MM in revenue or $500k in EBITDA.


 While there is no monetary commitment for sponsors of the program, Catalyst encourages engagement from sponsors  in the form of advisory, marketing, and participant admissions. 

Sponsors will have a role in defining the content of Catalyst, identifying speakers or participating as speakers for the program's sessions, and sourcing a minimum of 5 prospective participants who are ready to execute the next step in their business by capital raise or acquisition. The expected number of participants is 11 participants per program path.
